Shipping and payment information
Prices/Order
It is intended that domestic orders (Switzerland/Lichtenstein) will be made in CHF, orders outside Switzerland/Lichtenstein in EUR.
It is also possible to order in CHF for delivery outside of Switzerland, but shipping costs will be charged at a flat rate.
EUR prices already include shipping costs. The EUR product prices are shown gross (i.e. plus Swiss VAT), whereby these are not applicable for deliveries abroad and only net prices are charged to the customer.

Delivery time
Delivery time usually 2-3 working days Switzerland/Lichtenstein, abroad depending on the destination
All orders (Monday to Friday) are dispatched by Post Pac the following day and usually arrive within 2-3 working days.
Please note that payment in advance takes up to 3-4 working days until the amount is credited to our account.
For faster processing, we recommend payment by credit card, Postfinance, Post E-Finance or Twint.
The delivery time and delivery costs for deliveries outside the EU are variable and will be communicated separately.
Shipping costs
All products and orders over CHF 40 are shipped free of charge to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is usually made to the kerbside.
If the recipient is absent, which can happen, Swiss Post will deposit the parcel in front of the front door/letterbox in as sheltered a place as possible. If a deposit is not desired, you can contact Swiss Post directly in advance by telephone or e-mail and the corresponding changes will then be stored in the Swiss Post system.
You can also book this postal service with us "delivery against signature", at an additional cost of 2CHF. Please send an instruction before shipping to info@dievase.ch/ 0798002488.
An appointment will be made for bulky goods.
For deliveries up to 40CHF (Switzerland/Lichtenstein) a flat rate of 12CHF will be charged.
Shipping costs outside Switzerland: CHF prices do not include international shipping costs. In the case of an order outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, these will be charged additionally.

Shipping to the UK - flat rate 45CHF
One cost sharing for shipping to Norway - flat rate 50CHF
One share of shipping costs to the USA/Canada - flat rate 80CHF
One share of shipping costs to Japan/Australia - flat rate 100CHF

Deliveries outside the EU are subject to customs duties and VAT from the country of arrival (not included in the price).
For deliveries to the EU, customs duties included, VAT from the country of arrival will be charged on arrival (not included in the price).
Click & Collect (self-collection)
Every order can be collected from our store in Sursee during working hours. Current opening hours can be found online at: https://dievase.ch/de/infos/verkaufsladen-inspire-sursee
The products will be made available by arrangement. For orders that have already been paid for, we require an order number or a valid ID.

Payment options
The following payment methods are available in CHF.
Credit card, PostFinance Card, PostFinance, e-finance, Twint, invoice/advance payment or on site at the time of delivery (Twint, cash, EC, credit card, PostFinance). The last payment option only applies to agreed courier deliveries.
The only payment options available to you in EUR are prepayment/invoice. We will endeavor to activate further payment methods in EUR for you.
Credit card
With the credit card payment option, payment with MasterCard, Visa is available to you.
Your payment is processed via a secure SSL connection.
For returns of ordered items, amounts already paid will be refunded to your bank account or offset against outstanding invoices from previous orders.
If you have not yet made a payment, you can simply deduct the corresponding amount from the total invoice amount to be transferred.
PostFinance Card and TWINT
With this payment option, you will be redirected to the PostFinance Card/Twint payment screen after completing your order.
The amount will be debited directly from your account.
Prepayment/invoice With this payment option, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. After receipt of the amount, the item(s) will be made available for dispatch. However, we reserve the right to request an advance payment at any time. In this case, the ordered items will remain reserved and will be shipped after full payment has been received. For all new customers we usually always ask for a prepayment.
